Terms of Service
The rules of the road for using Buzz Baller — accounts, subscriptions, and everything in between.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Buzz Baller ('the Site'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Site. These terms were last updated on September 5, 2026.
2. Your Account
Some features (commenting, saving articles, reading history, and subscriptions) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select (monthly, annual, or lifetime). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your Profile page — access continues until the end of your paid period. Prices may change with reasonable notice; price changes never apply retroactively to a period you've already paid for.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: post comments that are unlawful, hateful, harassing, or misleading; scrape or harvest the Site's content at scale; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; or resell access to premium content. Violations may result in content removal, comment moderation, or account termination.
5. Your Content & License
When you post a comment or send us a tip or message, you keep ownership of that content but grant Buzz Baller a non-exclusive license to store, display, and use it in connection with operating the Site (for example, displaying your approved comments or acting on your tips). Don't submit content you don't have the rights to.
6. Our Content
All articles, interviews, charts, and original imagery on Buzz Baller are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our stories freely; republishing substantial excerpts or full articles requires written permission.
7. Merchandise Orders
Shop orders are currently handled manually through our Contact page. Orders are subject to availability, and prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes. We'll confirm your order and total before it ships.
8. Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Site contains links to third-party sites and displays advertising. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Sponsored content is labeled as advertising; editorial coverage is independent.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided 'as is.' We work hard to keep content accurate and the service running, but we make no warranties — express or implied — about completeness, reliability, or availability. Articles reflect the facts as reported at publication time; see our Editorial Guidelines for our corrections process.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzz Baller and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
