Privacy Policy

How Buzz Baller protects your data, your reading history, and your subscriber information.

1. Overview

Buzz Baller ('we', 'us') is an independent editorial magazine published at buzz-baller-beat.base44.app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to all visitors and registered readers.

This policy was last updated on September 5, 2026. If we make material changes, we'll announce them on this page.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: when you create an account, we store your name, email address, and role. This is what identifies you across the site.

Content you provide: comments you post, contact and tip form submissions, and any other messages you send us.

Reading activity: articles you open are recorded to your personal Reading History, and articles you bookmark are saved to your library. Article view counts are also recorded in aggregate to power the Trending Now widget.

Subscriber information: if you subscribe, we store your plan, subscription status, and start and renewal dates.

Technical data: we use standard analytics to understand aggregate traffic — such as which pages are visited and for how long.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the magazine: delivering premium access, remembering your saved articles and reading history, personalizing the 'Recommended for You' suggestions, moderating comments, and responding to messages you send us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles for third parties.

4. Reading History & Your Personal Library

Your saved articles and reading history are private to your account. They are only visible to you — our editors and other readers cannot see them.

You can delete any saved article or history entry at any time from the Reading Library on your Profile page, or delete everything by removing items individually.

5. Subscriber Information & Payments

We store your subscription plan and status, but we do not store your credit card details. Payment information is handled securely by our payment provider and is subject to their privacy policy.

6. Comments & Community Content

Comments are public by design — anything you post in a comment thread is visible to other readers. We moderate comments to keep the community healthy, and pending comments are only visible to our moderation team until approved.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (like light or dark mode), and analytics tools to understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time, though the site may not work as intended without them.

8. Third-Party Services

Share buttons connect you directly to social platforms (such as Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Threads) — the information you share there is governed by those platforms' policies. Our advertising partners deliver campaigns on the site but do not receive your personal information from us.

9. Data Retention & Security

We keep your account and library data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account data deleted entirely, contact us through the Contact page and we'll remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain it (such as billing records).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit who at Buzz Baller can see subscriber information.

10. Your Choices & Rights

You can access and correct your information, cancel your subscription at any time from your Profile page, delete your saved articles and reading history, and request deletion of your account data. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA or GDPR — just ask.

11. Children's Privacy

Buzz Baller is intended for readers 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
